We have reached an important milestone within the group +16 professional HR practitioners in Kuwait. I would like to thank each one of you for contribution in the making of the HR Forum in Kuwait.
More than just a number, it's the quality of the topics and questions that'll be raised in the group and most importantly the interaction between each one of you that make a difference.

We've been saying for quite sometime that it was changing, but I believe before the 2009 crisis, we didn't really believe it. Now not only we're believing that change in economic models, change in our consuming habits, change in our leadership styles, change in our views and interaction between organizations are necessary, but we're also participating each one of us at our level to make this changes happening, because we're able to adapt and change quicker than the all organization and society. So let's be the change agent, we can be, we ought to be.
